About Us​

I’ve been cooking Thai food since I was a little girl; it’s what I’ve always loved to do. Of all the many different things I do, cooking brings me the most happiness and joy. I am fortunate that Thai Food, Thai Culture, and Thai cuisine have provided me with a good living and allowed me to travel and learn.

Along my journey, I’ve learned to cook Thai food from all kinds of wonderful people in all kinds of wonderful kitchens, from street food in Sakon Nakhon, Northern Thailand, to the busy kitchens in the night markets of Bangkok. The big cities of the western United States of Los Angeles and Las Vegas gave me new and exciting views on cultures, food, and Thai cuisine.

Thai cooking is what I’ve always done; I love to cook, I love to eat, and I’ve discovered I love to teach.

My mission, or my calling, is to share with you what I have learned about Thai cooking. I would like to share and teach in a fun and actionable way. Thai cuisine should not be complicated for any of us, so let me guide you a little. We all love it, so follow along, and we will make it simple, easy, and delicious.
